Michelle Gutierrez is entering her second year at Robson Hall where she takes an interest in a variety of subjects from criminal law to labour and inheritance law. Before entering law school, she completed a Bachelor of Arts at the University of Manitoba, majoring in history with a minor in political science. In her free time, she enjoys making art, crocheting, and taking care of her plant collection. She looks forward to being able to further refine her research and writing skills while contributing to the excellent work done at the journal.

Tiana Klippenstein,
JD Candidate, 2028
Tiana Klippenstein (she/her) is a second-year law student at the University of Manitoba. She completed her undergraduate degree in Business and Psychology at Simon Fraser University, before returning home to Winnipeg to work and pursue her JD. Tiana is the current Lead Student Editor of the Disability and the Law journal dimension of the Manitoba Law Journal and co-host of the Manitoba Law Journal podcast. Outside of her studies at Robson Hall, Tiana has volunteered with the Winnipeg Food Council through PBSC, and hopes to pursue criminal defense or labour and employment law after graduation to help others navigate the legal system. In her spare time, she enjoys theatre, scrapbooking, and playing D&D with friends.
